Gill Skyvington, N.H.C. Reiki Master, BodyTalk Access Technician, BodyTalk Practitoner in Training.
"I want to help my clients realize that there are alternatives out there for them and their health...mind, body, and soul."
Gill began her personal journey to improved health by seeking the knowledge of a Naturopath and then a Homeopath. The results opened her eyes to the healing potentail of energy and the strength and healing potential of the human body.
For the past 10 years Gill has worked as a Certified Circuit coach and manager of Curves for Women and Waves Fitness and Lifestyle Centre. Her clients benefit from her broad knowledge base: Personal Training Courses, Holistic Nutrition and Holistic Studies (at Seneca College), Certified Hockey Trainer, Natural Health Consultant, Reiki Master, BodyTalk Access Technician, and now a BodyTalk practitioner trainee and a student of Homeopathy.
Since the young are so receptive to new things and breathe life and vision into everything they do, Gill feels youth may be a particular focus in practice. With a deeper understanding of the relationship between all parts of the ‘self’ and overall health, they can take an active role in becoming the best they can be.
